By registering for LeadQuran services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling.

Service Description
LeadQuran provides online Quran education through live, one-on-one video classes with certified teachers.

Enrollment & Registration
- ›Students must provide accurate information during registration
- ›Parent/guardian consent required for students under 18
- ›LeadQuran reserves the right to verify information
- ›Accounts are non-transferable
Payment Terms

| Auto-Renewal | Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal date |
| Price Changes | 30-day advance notice provided for any price increases |
| Late Payment | Service suspended after 7 days of non-payment |

Refund & Cancellation Policy
| 30-Day Guarantee | Full refund if cancelled within first 30 days of enrollment |
| Cancellation | Cancel anytime; service continues until end of current billing period |
| Unused Classes | Credits valid for 4 weeks; no cash refunds for unused credits |
| Pause Option | Pause subscription for up to 2 months per calendar year |
Class Scheduling & Rescheduling
| Scheduling | Classes scheduled by mutual agreement between student and teacher |
| Rescheduling Notice | 24-hour advance notice required; one reschedule per class |
| Student No-Show | No refund; reschedule available with 24-hour notice |
| Teacher No-Show | Free makeup class provided within the same week |
| Technical Issues | Makeup class provided if disruption exceeds 15 minutes on LeadQuran’s end |
Student Conduct
Students are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate conduct at all times.
Students Must
- ■Attend classes on time and prepared
- ■Treat teachers with respect at all times
- ■Use platform features appropriately
Grounds for Account Termination
- ■Abusive or threatening behavior toward teachers
- ■Harassment or inappropriate conduct
- ■Fraudulent payment activity
- ■Repeated violation of terms
Teacher Performance
- ›All teachers are certified and vetted professionals
- ›LeadQuran continuously monitors teaching quality
- ›Students may request a teacher change if unsatisfied — no questions asked
- ›Teaching methods follow authentic Islamic scholarship and Tajweed standards
Intellectual Property

✗Course materials are for personal use only
✗Recording classes without explicit permission is prohibited
✗Content may not be shared, reproduced, or commercially distributed
Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal data solely to provide our educational services.

Limitation of Liability
LeadQuran is not liable for the following:
- ›Technical issues beyond our control (internet outages, device failures)
- ›Student’s failure to attend scheduled classes or demonstrate progress
- ›Third-party service disruptions (Zoom, Google Meet, payment processors)
Dispute Resolution
| Step 1 | Contact us directly via email or phone for resolution |
| Step 2 | Escalation to management if unresolved within 5 business days |
| Step 3 | Binding arbitration if necessary, governed by applicable jurisdiction |
Modifications to Terms
LeadQuran reserves the right to update these terms at any time. We will provide 30 days’ advance notice of any material changes via email.
Continued use of LeadQuran services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
